The client wanted to create a family room that made the most of the views of the outside space and was sympathetic to the surroundings.

We created a garden room extension with patio doors we also added a new front entrance to the property and a bedroom suite and finished the project off by landscaping the patio.

The addition of feature brick work added more detail to the extension improving the look of the property and ensuring it fitted in with the features of the original house. We also managed to include a utility room in the project by installing a drainage system that the family had previously been advised was not possible.
