The client wanted to restore this building’s historic character and upgrade the bedroom and ensuite bathroom to create a quality living space of the highest standard. We installed a new reclaimed roof to protect this historic structure. We also re-introduced dormer windows that had been taken out in historic works and added an updated bedroom and ensuite bathroom. We finished the internals with feature lighting, high end flooring and carpentry work on the oak staircase.
We future proofed a historic building while sympathetically updating the property to meet current regulations, allowing the space to achieve its full potential and facilitate family life in this property for years to come.
