A growing family were looking for additional space to facilitate as many bedrooms as possible in a new property following the architect design that they supplied. We constructed a two-storey rear extension with a single storey and roof light over the dining area. There were access issues with the site however with careful planning we made sure the project ran smoothly with minimal interference to the surrounding area. For the kitchen and bathrooms, the client had a clear plan from the start what they wanted including the fit-out products. We made sure that the client’s desires were met and everything was fitted correctly, this included a detailed lighting plan with spots and pendants in specific areas to service the living areas and dining room. Thelo suggested some improvements to the plan e.g. installing an LED lighting strip in a concealed part of the roof light.
