Our client wanted to increase the space in their small central Leamington Spa terraced house. An agreement with their neighbours to share the cost of the central wall allowed cost efficiencies and reduced disturbance. We significantly increased the kitchen / dining area and finished the project off by landscaping using the natural levels of the garden to create an easily maintained outdoor living area with an attractive living wall feature. The client had issues when purchasing the property due to historical subsidence. We installed steel structural supports and concrete pads which meant there would be no re-occurrence of this issue. Thelo were able to eliminate the subsidence problem from ever happening again.
