The client wanted to preserve the character of a historic building, enhancing the original features. Interior renovation was carried out to all rooms including the hallways, staircase, kitchen & utility room, bathrooms, public rooms and bedrooms. We also excavated and created a lightwell structure to let light into basement rooms. We carried out all painting & decorating work, installed the kitchen & utility, bathrooms, timber panelling, coving, flooring, lighting, radiators, internal doors and fitments. We refurbished the staircase, wooden flooring and conservation coving and finally landscaped the exterior. We enhanced a traditional property with modern elegance and functionality.
