We completed this house extension project in Leamington Spa which included a full internal fit out.

We extended the property at the side and the rear taking out the original rear wall of the property to create a large open plan family friendly space which included a new kitchen, dining area and family room. A bathroom and gym were also added to the side area and access to the garden via bifold doors.

Installation of Velux windows and bifold doors enabled maximum light to flood into the space. Under the new travertine floor tiles, we installed underfloor heating throughout enabling the large area to maintain a constant comfortable temperature.

The neutral tones used in the living areas were continued into the bathroom achieving a classic modern finish. The family had great taste and were clear on their design goals from the start which was a huge help enabling us to achieve such a lovely finish.
